The Obstacle Course Races (OCR) are getting more and more popular and Spartan is surely one of the best. The Ultra race in Morzine (where we hang out loads) is 50km with 60 obstacles… this is actually completely nuts and hats off to anybody that does this…

There are however lots of different formats of the Spartan race and I’m sure there will be one to suit you… get out there and do it. I think I’ll sign up to the kids one!
