There’s a glorious campsite we have found, next to the River Thames and opposite a pub.

We’re heading to Ye Olde Swan (about 40 minutes west of Oxford). It’s a beautiful spot just outside of the Cotswolds and this stretch of the River Thames is nothing like the sludge you see in London.

Bring paddle boards, inflatables… whatever you have got (if need be you can rent).

The plan is super flexi – We’ll get there Friday afternoon / evening. To make it easy maybe we’ll just get dinner in the pub and then the next day after campsite breakfast knocked up by your HOFNAR host we’ll spend the day exploring the river; in, out and around it. Hiking, swimming, SUPing… it’s just an opportunity to hang out in a beautiful part of the world; wild swim, hike, paddle, eat, laugh and escape the real world.
